Tuna pasta is made with freshly caught tuna, pasta, cream, garlic, onion, white wine, chilli, zucchini, capers, and lime juice.
Marlin pies are delicious & easy to make. You can substitute any firm white fish for the marlin. To make it super easy I use frozen puff pastry.
Marlin wantons in a five-spice broth. Super easy to make. Can swap marlin for other white flesh fish. Chicken or fish stock, ginger and soy.
