This cocktail is definitely my new favourite drink. I absolutely love mint choc and hazelnut flavour.
I have called it the Happy Little Leprechaun and know this will now be my go-to Saint Patrick’s Day drink. Throw it all into a blender, and voila, dessert in a glass.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons creme de menthe
1 tablespoon creme de cocoa
1 tablespoon Frangelico
3-4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Cream and grated chocolate to serve.
Instructions
In a large blender, combine liqueurs and half the ice cream. Pulse until well blended. Add remaining ice cream, and pulse until creamy. Divide between two glasses and top with cream and chocolate flakes
