Marlin pies are delicious & easy to make. You can substitute any firm white fish for the marlin. To make it super easy I use frozen puff pastry.
Kelly has a Bachelor of Ecotourism and a passion for the natural world. Before her life as a full-time traveller and freelance writer, she was a personal trainer and has also worked as a snorkelling guide on the Great Barrier Reef. Marlin wantons in a five-spice broth. Super easy to make. Can swap marlin for other white flesh fish. Chicken or fish stock, ginger and soy.

Such an abundance of art adorns the streets of Brisbane that it is impossible to see all of it in two days, but we did try our best. A good deal of the art has been created in conjunction with street art projects such as the Brisbane Street Art Festival, the Pillars Project, and Artforce Traffic Signal Boxes.
